BPC stayed with me through multiple changes within the deal – first there were some title issues, then it went from an acquisition and rehab of a 3-family to a complete demolition and re-development to townhouse condos. The loan did end up being slightly more expensive, but that’s totally understandable given the added risk of changing the deal to a spec new construction condo deal.
